The third season of the ESL Australia & New Zealand Championship kicks off tomorrow, with four teams in attendance clashing for a share of the ~$7,600 ($10K AUD) prize pot.
During the online best-of-two regular season, eight Oceanic teams versed each other for seven weeks, to decide amongst themselves - the top four teams who will move on to the offline playoffs.
The LAN finals will be held this weekend at the ESL Studios in Sydney, Australia from May 20-21, featuring Iain "SnypeR" Turner's Athletico, the Adelaide Crows' Legacy, AVANT GARDE and the young upstarts known as Funky Monkeys, who'll be making their first appearance on LAN.
A best-of-three double-elimination format will be used for the offline playoffs. Here is the schedule:
